1. Agreement To Terms
By accessing or using our Site or Services, or by tendering any shipment to ShipAxis, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you use our Services on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind such entity to this Agreement.
2. Our Role And The ShipAxis Ecosystem
ShipAxis provides shipping facilitation and logistics tools, arranges transportation through third-party carriers, and offers shipping support. We are not a carrier. All shipments are subject to the terms and tariffs of the selected carrier. Carrier names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are referenced solely for identifying available services.
GoShipAxis.com provides marketing, membership and business information. ShipAxis.ai provides AI-assisted questions, packaging guidance and shipment preparation. ship.goshipaxis.com is the authoritative transactional portal for live rates, service eligibility, payment, labels, shipment history, tracking and voids.
Guidance from ShipAxis AI, including estimated dimensions, weights, packaging and carrier suggestions, is informational only. The customer must review and confirm all shipment information; customer-entered weight and dimensions always override an AI estimate.
3. Quotes, Carrier Comparisons And Carrier Adjustments
All pricing or quotes provided by ShipAxis are estimates based on information you supply and on carrier availability at the time of the quote. Carrier comparison results reflect only carriers and services currently enabled on your account.
Carriers may reweigh, remeasure, or reclassify parcels, and any resulting adjustments, additional service fees, or surcharges will be billed to the designated payer.
4. User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for: (a) providing complete and accurate information, including shipping/recipient addresses and declared contents; (b) ensuring compliance with all carrier rules, packaging standards, and legal requirements; (c) ensuring shipments comply with prohibited, restricted and regulated commodity rules; (d) obtaining any necessary permits, licenses, or approvals required by law.
Some commodities may be prohibited, while others may be eligible only when permitted by applicable law, carrier rules, account eligibility, approved services, packaging requirements, documentation, declarations, routing, and destination restrictions. ShipAxis does not authorize or legally approve a regulated shipment.
5. Payment, Memberships And Prepaid Balance
Customers pay for shipments by card at the time of purchase. Business accounts may be invoiced according to terms mutually agreed upon. Past-due balances may result in suspension or termination of Service. Labels are purchased only after payment succeeds.
When your rolling 30-day shipping activity qualifies for another membership level, your account becomes eligible for that level. Any paid membership fee or change in recurring membership charges requires your review and authorization before becoming effective.
The ShipAxis prepaid Account Balance is in internal testing and is not open to customer funding at this time. Until it is released, each shipment is paid for by card at checkout.
6. Labels, Tracking And International Shipments
Labels, tracking numbers, reprints, voids and shipment history are maintained in your ShipAxis account, which is the authoritative record of your transactions.
Label purchases, voids, refunds, carrier adjustments and related payment matters are governed by the ShipAxis Label Purchase, Void & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into and forms part of these Terms. Where that policy specifically addresses those matters, it controls, subject to applicable law.
International shipments require accurate customs documentation, declarations and commodity information supplied by the shipper. Duties, taxes and brokerage charges are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise agreed in writing. Estimated duties and taxes shown in the portal are estimates only.
7. Carrier Claims
Claims involving loss, damage, delay, non-delivery, or other carrier service issues must be submitted and managed directly with the applicable carrier.
Carrier terms, filing deadlines, documentation requirements, declared-value limitations, exclusions, and coverage rules apply.
ShipAxis does not adjudicate carrier claims, determine claim eligibility, guarantee reimbursement, or assume responsibility for a carrier's approval, denial, payment, handling, or resolution of a claim.
Where available, ShipAxis may provide shipment records or transaction information reasonably necessary for the customer to communicate directly with the applicable carrier.
8. Limitation Of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, ShipAxis, its affiliates, and providers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages. Liability for loss or damage to shipments is strictly limited to the carrier's declared-value coverage. We make no representations or warranties regarding carrier services, and all transit times and availabilities are subject to change.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ShipAxis, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site or Services, your violation of these Terms, or any illegal or improper shipment activities.
10. Dispute Resolution And Governing Law
Any dispute or claim relating to these Terms or to your use of ShipAxis Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association in San Diego County, California. Either party may seek relief in small claims court for disputes or claims within the scope of its jurisdiction. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
11. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed from this Agreement, and the remainder will continue in full force and effect.
12. Modification Of Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting an updated version on our Site and/or notifying users by email. Continued use of our Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

By using our Site or Services, you consent to receive notices and communications from us electronically, including emails, postings on our Site, and other electronic messages.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions, together with any additional policies referenced herein (such as our Privacy Policy and Shipping Rules), constitute the entire agreement between you and ShipAxis regarding your use of the Site and Services.
