Prepaid Funding Is In Internal Testing And Is Not Yet Open To Customers. You Can Pay For Each Shipment By Card At Checkout Today.
1. What The ShipAxis Account Balance Is
The ShipAxis Account Balance Is A Prepaid Credit Held By Axis Logistics Holdings LLC DBA ShipAxis And Applied Against Shipping Services You Purchase Through ShipAxis. It Is Not A Bank Account, Not A Deposit Account, Not A Gift Card, And Not A General-Purpose Payment Instrument. It Earns No Interest.
2. Permitted Use Only
Funds May Be Used Only To Pay For Shipping Labels, Carrier Adjustments, Insurance And Related Services Purchased Through ShipAxis. Funds Cannot Be Sent To Another Person, Withdrawn As Cash, Used At An ATM, Loaded Onto A Card, Or Redeemed For Anything Other Than ShipAxis Services.
3. Funding Limits
Minimum And Maximum Deposit Amounts, Maximum Balance, Daily Funding Totals And The Number Of Deposits Per Day Are Set By ShipAxis And May Change. Deposits Are Accepted Only From A Payment Method In Your Own Name And Are Credited Only After The Payment Processor Confirms An Approved Transaction.
4. Refunds And Closure
You May Ask ShipAxis To Return An Unused Balance At Any Time. Refunds Are Returned To The Original Payment Method Where The Processor Allows It, Normally Within Ten Business Days. Balances Do Not Expire And Are Not Subject To Dormancy Fees.
5. Reversals, Voids And Chargebacks
If A Deposit Is Refunded, Voided Or Charged Back, The Same Amount Is Removed From Your Balance And Recorded In Your Transaction History. Where The Funds Have Already Been Spent On Labels, The Balance May Become Negative And Must Be Brought Back To Zero Before New Labels Can Be Purchased.
6. Carrier Adjustments
Carriers Reweigh And Remeasure Packages After Pickup. Any Resulting Adjustment Is Debited From Your Balance As A Separate Carrier Adjustment Transaction And Is Itemised In Your Transaction History.
7. Your Transaction Record
Every Movement Of Money — Deposit, Label Purchase, Adjustment, Refund, Void Or Correction — Is Written To An Immutable Ledger Showing The Amount, The Resulting Balance And The Related Order, Shipment Or Payment Reference. You Can View And Export This History From Your Account At Any Time.
8. Security
Card Details Are Entered On The Payment Processor's Own Hosted Form And Are Never Stored By ShipAxis. Administrative Balance Corrections Require A Second Approval And Are Permanently Logged.
9. Regulatory Notice
ShipAxis Is A Shipping Technology Company, Not A Bank Or Money Transmitter. Prepaid Balances Are Redeemable Only For ShipAxis Shipping Services. This Structure Is Under Legal Review, And Prepaid Funding Is Currently Limited While That Review Is Completed.
10. Changes
ShipAxis May Update These Balance Terms. Material Changes Are Presented For Acceptance Before Your Next Deposit, And Every Accepted Version Is Retained.
