1. How Many Deposits You Can Make

During Your First 30 Days With ShipAxis, You Can Make Up To 2 Deposits In Any 24-Hour Period. From Day 31 Onward, The Limit Rises Automatically To 5 Deposits In Any 24-Hour Period. You Don't Need To Ask — It Changes On Its Own.

2. It's A Rolling 24 Hours, Not A Calendar Day

The Limit Does Not Reset At Midnight. Each Deposit Stops Counting Exactly 24 Hours After You Made It. For Example, A Deposit Made At 12:07 PM Frees Up A Slot At 12:07 PM The Next Day.

3. Voided Or Refunded Deposits Still Count

If A Deposit Is Voided Or Refunded, The Money Comes Off Your Balance, But The Deposit Still Counts Toward Your Limit Until 24 Hours After It Was Made. This Protects Every Account Against Repeated Charge-And-Cancel Fraud.

4. What Doesn't Count

Declined Card Attempts, Payments You Cancel Before Approval, And Duplicate Notices From The Payment Processor Never Count Toward Your Limit.

5. Seeing Where You Stand

Your Balance And Deposits Page Shows How Many Deposits You Have Used, Your Current Limit, And The Exact Date And Time Your Next Deposit Becomes Available. It Updates Every Minute.

6. No Manual Resets

ShipAxis Staff Cannot Reset Or Raise Your Limit On Request. The Rules Are The Same For Every Customer. If You Need Postage Before Your Next Slot Opens, You Can Pay For Each Shipment By Card At Checkout.
