ShipAxis Label Purchase, Void & Refund Policy

Version September 2026 · Last Updated September 2026

This ShipAxis Label Purchase, Void & Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs the purchase, use, voiding, refund, adjustment, and payment-related handling of shipping labels purchased through ShipAxis. Axis Logistics Holdings LLC dba ShipAxis. Effective Date: September 2026.

Agreement

By purchasing a shipping label through ShipAxis, the customer agrees to this Policy, the applicable ShipAxis Terms of Service, applicable carrier terms and conditions, and any additional terms presented at checkout.

This Policy is intended to be read together with the ShipAxis Terms of Service. To the extent a provision of this Policy specifically addresses label purchases, voids, refunds, or related payment matters, this Policy will govern those matters, subject to applicable law.

1. Definitions

Customer means any individual, business, organization, or other entity purchasing or using shipping labels through ShipAxis.

Carrier means the third-party transportation, postal, logistics, freight, regional, international, or other delivery provider selected for the shipment.

Label means the digital or physical shipping label generated or made available through ShipAxis.

ShipAxis means Axis Logistics Holdings LLC dba ShipAxis.

ShipAxis Shipping Balance means any future prepaid balance feature made available by ShipAxis for eligible shipping-related purchases.

2. Customer Review and Authorization

Before purchasing a label, the customer is responsible for reviewing and approving the shipment information presented at checkout, including as applicable: sender information; recipient information; origin and destination; residential or commercial classification; package dimensions; package weight; packaging type; shipment contents or commodity information; declared value; signature requirements; carrier; service level; estimated delivery information; shipping charge; ShipAxis fees; taxes or other applicable charges; and the final total amount presented for payment.

By completing the purchase, the customer confirms that the information submitted is accurate to the best of the customer's knowledge and authorizes ShipAxis to process the transaction.

3. Finality of Label Purchases

Once a shipping label has been successfully generated and made available through the customer's ShipAxis account or transaction, the label-purchase transaction is considered completed.

Except as expressly provided in this Policy, successfully generated label purchases are final.

A refund is not automatically available solely because: the customer changes their mind; shipment plans change; the customer later finds a different or lower rate; the customer selected the wrong carrier or service; the customer entered inaccurate shipment information; the carrier experiences a delay; the shipment is lost or damaged; a delivery estimate is missed; a carrier claim is denied; the recipient refuses delivery; the carrier applies a legitimate adjustment; or the customer is dissatisfied with the carrier's transportation performance.

Nothing in this Policy limits any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived.

4. Eligible Label Voids

An unused label may be eligible for voiding if all applicable requirements are satisfied, including: the applicable carrier permits the label to be voided; the label has not been used; the label has not been scanned or otherwise processed in a manner that makes it ineligible; the void request is submitted within the applicable carrier's required time period; and all applicable carrier and ShipAxis requirements are met.

Submission of a void request does not guarantee approval.

The applicable carrier's rules, systems, eligibility requirements, and processing procedures ultimately determine whether a carrier label may be voided or refunded.

5. Refund Method

If a label void or refund is approved, ShipAxis may return the approved amount using the method applicable to the original transaction and the customer's account structure.

For ordinary card-per-shipment transactions, an approved refund may be returned to the original payment method where appropriate.

If the ShipAxis Shipping Balance is activated in the future, approved label voids, credits, or adjustments may be returned to the customer's ShipAxis Shipping Balance where permitted by the applicable balance terms, processor requirements, payment-network rules, and applicable law.

ShipAxis does not guarantee that every approved carrier credit will be returned using the same method originally used for payment.

6. Refund and Void Processing Time

Carrier-approved voids, refunds, reversals, and other credits may require processing time.

ShipAxis is not responsible for delays attributable to carriers, acquiring banks, card issuers, payment processors, payment networks, financial institutions, international settlement systems, or other third-party providers.

7. Carrier Claims Are Separate From Label Refunds

Claims involving loss, damage, delay, non-delivery, service failure, missed delivery estimates, transportation performance, or other carrier-related matters are separate from a ShipAxis label refund.

Customers are responsible for submitting and managing applicable claims directly with the selected carrier.

Carrier claims remain subject to the carrier's own terms and conditions, filing deadlines, documentation requirements, exclusions, declared-value rules, coverage limitations, eligibility requirements, and final determination.

ShipAxis does not adjudicate carrier claims, determine carrier claim eligibility, guarantee reimbursement, or assume responsibility for a carrier's approval, denial, payment, handling, or resolution of a claim.

Where available, ShipAxis may provide shipment or transaction records reasonably necessary for the customer to communicate directly with the applicable carrier.

8. Carrier Adjustments and Additional Charges

Carriers may audit, remeasure, reweigh, reclassify, or otherwise review shipments after label generation or carrier acceptance.

Carrier adjustments may include, without limitation: corrected weight; corrected package dimensions; dimensional weight; additional handling; oversize charges; residential surcharges; delivery-area surcharges; extended-area surcharges; address corrections; signature charges; declared-value charges; remote-area charges; customs-related charges; international charges; duties or taxes where applicable; packaging-related charges; prohibited or restricted shipment handling; and other carrier-assessed charges.

Customers remain responsible for legitimate carrier adjustments associated with their shipments in accordance with the applicable ShipAxis Terms.

Where authorized by the applicable ShipAxis Terms and payment arrangement, ShipAxis may charge or otherwise collect legitimate carrier adjustments associated with the customer's shipment.

9. Customer Information Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipment information.

ShipAxis is not responsible for additional charges, failed deliveries, returns, carrier adjustments, delays, holds, or other consequences arising from inaccurate or incomplete customer-provided information.

10. Restricted, Regulated, and Prohibited Shipments

Generation of a shipping label does not constitute legal authorization, regulatory approval, carrier approval, or certification that a shipment is eligible for transportation.

Some commodities may be prohibited, while others may be eligible only when permitted by applicable law, regulation, carrier rules, account eligibility, approved services, packaging requirements, labeling requirements, documentation, declarations, routing restrictions, destination requirements, and other carrier-specific conditions.

Customers remain responsible for verifying shipment eligibility and compliance before purchasing or using a label.

A refund is not guaranteed when a shipment is rejected, intercepted, held, returned, confiscated, destroyed, delayed, or otherwise affected because it violates applicable law, carrier rules, packaging requirements, account restrictions, or destination requirements.

11. Duplicate Charges and Billing Errors

If ShipAxis confirms that the customer was incorrectly charged because of a ShipAxis billing, payment-processing, or system error, ShipAxis may issue an appropriate correction, credit, or refund.

Customers should promptly report suspected billing errors to ship@goshipaxis.com.

12. Unauthorized Transactions

Customers who believe that a transaction was genuinely unauthorized should promptly contact their payment provider and ShipAxis.

ShipAxis may investigate the transaction and may provide relevant authorization, account, shipment, payment, and label-generation records in accordance with applicable law, payment-network rules, and processor requirements.

13. Authorized Transactions and Improper Payment Disputes

Customers should not initiate a payment dispute concerning a transaction they knowingly authorized solely because of carrier delay, loss, damage, missed delivery estimates, carrier claim denial, transportation performance, recipient refusal, dissatisfaction with the selected carrier or service, or another carrier-related issue.

Where an authorized ShipAxis transaction is disputed, ShipAxis may provide relevant documentation to the payment processor, acquiring bank, issuing bank, payment network, or other applicable entity.

Such documentation may include: customer account information; transaction date and time; checkout authorization; policy version accepted; shipment information; carrier and service selected; amount authorized; payment authorization records; IP address or device information where lawfully collected; label-generation records; label identifier; tracking number; shipment history; receipt records; and other relevant transaction information.

Nothing in this Policy limits any billing-error, unauthorized-transaction, payment-dispute, or other rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

14. Carrier Performance

Payment for and generation of a shipping label does not guarantee: carrier acceptance; pickup; transit time; delivery by an estimated date; successful delivery; protection against loss; protection against damage; customs clearance; successful delivery attempts; carrier claim eligibility; or carrier claim reimbursement.

Carrier transportation services are governed by the applicable carrier's terms and conditions.

15. ShipAxis Prepaid Shipping Balance

If ShipAxis activates a prepaid ShipAxis Shipping Balance in the future, the balance will be governed by separate ShipAxis Shipping Balance Terms.

Unless otherwise expressly authorized by ShipAxis and permitted by applicable requirements, a ShipAxis Shipping Balance is intended for eligible ShipAxis shipping labels and directly related shipping charges.

The availability of a balance display or balance-related functionality does not mean that prepaid customer funding has been activated.

Prepaid Account Balance funding remains in internal testing and unavailable to customers until specifically approved and activated by ShipAxis.

16. Electronic Acceptance

By purchasing a label electronically, the customer agrees that electronic acceptance of this Policy and any applicable checkout authorization has the same effect as written acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.

ShipAxis may retain records demonstrating the customer's acceptance of the Policy and authorization of the transaction.

17. Electronic Transaction Records

ShipAxis may retain records reasonably related to label purchases, including customer account information, transaction date and time, shipment details, carrier and service selection, payment amount, payment authorization, policy version accepted, checkout acknowledgment, IP address or device information where lawfully collected, label identifier, tracking information, shipment history, void requests, refund records, carrier adjustments, and related transaction records.

Such information may be retained and used for billing, accounting, fraud prevention, customer support, compliance, carrier reconciliation, payment-dispute response, enforcement of ShipAxis Terms, and other legitimate business purposes consistent with the ShipAxis Privacy Policy.

18. Changes to This Policy

ShipAxis may modify this Policy from time to time.

The version of this Policy presented, incorporated, or accepted in connection with the applicable transaction will generally govern that transaction, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

19. Severability

If any provision of this Policy is determined to be invalid, unenforceable, or unlawful, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

20. Relationship to ShipAxis Terms

This Policy is incorporated into and forms part of the ShipAxis Terms of Service.

This Policy specifically governs label purchases, voids, refunds, carrier adjustments, and related payment matters.

If this Policy conflicts with another ShipAxis policy, the more specific provision applicable to the particular transaction or issue will control, subject to applicable law.

21. Governing Law

This Policy will be governed by applicable law and, to the extent permitted, the laws of the State of California, without limiting any consumer rights that apply under other mandatory laws.

22. Contact

Questions regarding a ShipAxis label purchase, billing transaction, void request, or refund should be submitted by email to ship@goshipaxis.com.

Carrier transportation claims must be submitted and managed directly with the applicable carrier.
